How to Integrate Cinnamon into Your Daily Diet

As explained in my recent article, cinnamon is a small spice that offers huge health benefits.  Here are my favorite ways to integrate cinnamon into my family’s diet.

  1. Replace the sugar in your daily cup of coffee with cinnamon
  2. Add cinnamon to your quinoa for breakfast
  3. Sprinkle some over apple slices and almond butter
  4. Add cinnamon to your next batch of at-home granola
